Tyro Announces Appointment of Advisors

(Sydney, 14 August 2019) Tyro Payments Limited on 8 July 2019 announced it was assessing converting its current non-listed public company structure to an ASX listed structure, to provide its more than 450 shareholders access to greater liquidity and to secure other benefits that may follow from a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

As previously announced, the Company is considering the possibility of a listing within the next 18 months but not earlier than November 2019 (subject to market conditions and other relevant factors). There is no certainty that this assessment will lead to a listing.

The Board will provide further information to shareholders in due course with updates also being posted on our website at Tyro.com.
