On the 29th of June, you get to Steal Our Staff for a day. We’re here to help out all businesses – whether you are a Tyro customer, or not.
This particular Steal Our Staff day is the first of many and is focused on supporting businesses within Sydney. But we’re planning on taking it across Australia soon, so stay tuned.
Why Would You Steal Our Staff?
Our teams work extremely closely with the 18,000+ merchants we serve daily. This means we care about businesses within healthcare, hospitality and retail and can provide support from administration and housekeeping through to marketing and customer service.
Tyros come with a multitude of hidden skills too. Take James Revell who works at Tyro as a strategist. He has a few other skills too such as hedging and trimming, bartending and falconry.
We’ll man your front of house, sweep your floors, hand out flyers and yes, we’ll even babysit your Chihuahua. Let us know how we can help.
How Do You Steal Our Staff?
Let us know how many people you would need (you can pick anywhere between 2 – 12), what time you need us (any time between 7am and 3pm) and what you’d like us to help with. We’ll then match your job to the best team for it.
Skills You Can Steal For a Day
1. Marketing and Promotions
Good marketing is key to standing out from the crowd and driving foot traffic for hospitality, retail and healthcare businesses.
Borrow a Tyro for a day and get them to invite your customers to like your Facebook page. Or lease a warm body to stand outside and hand out flyers. No ask is too big, or too small for us.
2. Admin or Office Work
With admin, as with everything else, the devil is in the details. And we’ll dive right into those details with devilish fervour. Been putting off a stock-take? Schedule it for the 29th and Steal Our Staff to come in and help you.
Been struggling with basic tech support? We’ll send in our team to help you out.
3. Customer Service
Customer service is the lifeblood of service industries such as hospitality, retail and healthcare. And it’s the lifeblood of the way we do business at Tyro – so we’re a perfect fit.
Our customer service staff are here to help you with anything from greeting customers and serving drinks (RSA included!) to answering your phones. Get an extra pair of hands on board to help you serve your customers.
We understand that managing a business means having to do everything – from making sure your accounts are balanced through to cleaning up at the end of the day.
That’s why we’re here to help. We’ll sweep, tidy, wipe down and clean anything you ask us to (yes even the bathroom).
