If you have chosen to maintain your existing set up, there’s nothing further you need to do.
For customers who will be swapping out their existing EFTPOS machine, your Tyro Go order will be processed within the next 5 business days. Please keep an eye out for emails providing your Tyro Go App log in details and when the Go reader has been shipped.
When your Tyro Go reader arrives, please complete the activation steps. To return your EFTPOS machine, place it securely within a box then place it inside the pre-paid satchel provided and contact StarTrack on 13 23 45 to arrange collection. Alternatively, you may drop off at your local Australian Post. Please retain your booking reference.
