Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern this offer (Offer) and are to be read in conjunction with the Tyro Terms and Conditions. If these terms and conditions are inconsistent with the Tyro Terms and Conditions, the Tyro Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Capitalised terms in this Offer have the meaning given to them in the Tyro Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Offer. ‘you’ and ‘your’ means the person(s) who apply for, and are provided with, Tyro Services.
This Offer is available from 9.00am 26 May 2025 (Sydney time) until 5.00pm 1 August 2025 (Sydney time) (Offer Period).
To be eligible for this Offer, all of the following criteria must be met (Eligibility Criteria):
- During the Offer Period:
- you have submitted a Merchant Application for Tyro EFTPOS;
- you have been referred by Bendigo Bank to Tyro as a potential Bendigo Bank powered by Tyro merchant;
- Tyro or Bendigo Bank has invited you to take up this Offer;
- you have been approved as a Merchant; and
- you have not terminated with Tyro.
- You must not be on a special pricing rate provided by Tyro or a Tyro partner;
- You must not have been a Merchant with Tyro within the six (6) months prior to the start of the Offer Period; and
- The Offer is limited to one per ABN, i.e. it does not apply to an additional terminal, site or MID (additional account) to an existing ABN; [and]
- You must be one of the first 500 Merchants to satisfy all of the Eligibility Criteria listed (a) – (d).
Tyro may, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not the Eligibility Criteria are met.
This Offer is not available to health or allied health Merchants.
Provided the Eligibility Criteria are met, you will be entitled to a $200 Ultimate Everyone or Woolworths prepaid gift card (Reward). You will receive a unique code within 6-8 weeks after the expiry of the Offer Period, for you to redeem the Reward at which point you will have the choice to select either Ultimate Everyone or Woolworths prepaid gift card.
The Reward can be activated through rewards.tyro.com/200offerBBpbT25 and must be activated within 3 months otherwise it will expire and will not be reissued. The Reward cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged, nor the expiry date extended. The use of the Reward is subject to the Ultimate Everyone or Woolworths gift card terms and conditions available on Ultimate Everyone or Woolworths websites at ultimategiftcards.com.au/terms-conditions/ and https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au/about/terms-and-conditions.
Only one Reward will be issued for each Merchant who satisfies the Eligibility Criteria.
This Offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other Tyro offer.
