Terms and Conditions – 6 Months Terminal Rental Offer 2026

These terms and conditions govern this offer of free rental on your Tyro Pro terminals for 6 months (once your Tyro Application is approved and your Merchant ID (MID) is created) (Offer).

These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Tyro Terms and Conditions found at www.tyro.com/terms-and-conditions/. If these terms and conditions are inconsistent with the Tyro Terms and Conditions, the Tyro Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Capitalised terms in this Offer have the meaning given to them in the Tyro Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Offer. ‘You’ and ‘your’ mean the entity to which this Offer is addressed.

This Offer is available from (Sydney time) on 1 June 2026 until (Sydney time) on 31 July 2026 (Offer Period).

To be eligible for this Offer, all of the following criteria must be met (Eligibility Criteria):

  • Your Application has been provided, approved and your Merchant ID created by Tyro during the Offer Period.
  • You must not have been a merchant with Tyro within the six (6) months prior to the start of the Offer Period.
  • You must not be part of a franchise, or corporate group.
  • You must not have been referred by a partner, reseller, referrer or other third-party channel.
  • You must not have already received an offer or discounted rate on terminal rental.
  • Your Application must not be for a Bendigo Bank Powered by Tyro and Tyro Health products.
  • Your Application must not be for location, terminal to an existing MID; and
  • Tyro may, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not the Eligibility Criteria are met.

This Offer only applies to Tyro Pro terminals issued under the Applications which meet the Eligibility Criteria and is not applicable in conjunction with any other Tyro offer.

Free terminal rental will be applied within 30 days of your Application being approved, your Merchant ID created and Tyro’s confirmation that the Eligibility Criteria have been met.

Tyro reserves the right to extend or withdraw this Offer at any time at its sole discretion. If Tyro withdraws the Offer, Tyro will honour the Offer in respect of all persons that have their Applications approved by Tyro before the Offer is withdrawn, provided the Applicants satisfy all of the Eligibility Criteria.
