Tyro Customer Forms

Add / Remove Authorised Users

If you need to change the Authorised Signatory, or want to add another new person on your Tyro account, please download the form and complete all the applicable sections.

Note : The form must be signed by the current Director/Authorised signatories registered on the Tyro account. Please email the signed form from a listed Director’s email with all other listed director’s copied in. The form should be returned to cs@tyro.com

Mail Order / Telephone Order (MOTO)

Transactions where the customer’s card number is entered manually into the EFTPOS machine are referred to as Mail Order and Telephone Order (MOTO) transactions. To be able to process these transactions, MOTO needs to be enabled on your account, as well as on the EFTPOS machine. Please download the form and complete all the applicable sections. Please email the signed form from a listed Director/Authorised Signatory’s email to Customer Support at cs@tyro.com

“Please be advised that MOTO/Ecommerce including Virtual Terminal transactions are riskier than other transactions because the card is not present and, should a customer raise a chargeback, it will be your responsibility to prove the genuine cardholder authorised the transaction. The chargeback risk and liability reside with yourself, not Tyro or the cardholder. Please note additional fees may apply.”

Direct Debit Request

When signing up to Tyro, you will have provided details for an external bank account. To change the details for your nominated external Settlement or Fees account please download the form and complete all the applicable sections.

Note : The form must be signed by the current Director/Authorised signatories registered on the Tyro account. Please email the signed form from a listed Director’s email with all other listed director’s copied in. The form should be returned to cs@tyro.com. Please check to ensure the account details you enter are correct, as payments mistakenly made to a wrong account may not be possible to recover.

Person and Entity Change

If you need to update the Business or Personal details that Tyro has on file for your business, please download the form and complete all the relevant sections.
