Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern this referral offer (Offer).

This Offer is only available to participants in Tyro’s referral programs who have received this Offer from Tyro Payments Limited (ABN 49 103 575 042) (Tyro).

This Offer supplements the existing terms of our agreement with respect to Tyro’s referral program, (General Terms). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Terms and these terms and conditions, the General Terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Capitalised terms in this Offer have the meaning given to them in the General Terms (including the Tyro Terms and Conditions) unless otherwise defined in this Offer. ‘you’ and ‘your’ means the entity to which your initial Letter is addressed.

This Offer is available from 9.00am 7 April 2025 (Sydney time) until 5.00pm 2 May 2025 (Sydney time) (Offer Period).

To be eligible for this Offer, all of the following criteria must be met (Eligibility Criteria):

During the Offer Period,

1. Tyro has invited you to take up this Offer;

A Referred Merchant:

1. Must have a lead submitted via the Tyro Partner Portal, with ‘APRILOFFER’ in the offer code
2. must have had their Merchant Application approved during the Offer Period;
3. must have completed a Transaction with us within 60 days of becoming a Merchant;
4. must not have been a Merchant with Tyro within the six (6) months prior to the start of the Offer Period;
5. does not include a Merchant in relation to which the Lead was provided by Tyro to you; and
6. must not be an additional terminal, site or MID (additional account) to an existing location or existing ABN.

Tyro may, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not the Eligibility Criteria are met Provided the Eligibility Criteria are met, you will be entitled to a Visa Activ™ prepaid gift card for the (Reward). You will receive a unique code within 6-8 weeks after the Offer Period, for you to redeem the Reward. The Gift Card will be issued to the email address which has logged into the Tyro Partner Portal and submitted the lead. The Reward can be activated through https://www.tyro.com/offers/200-partner-referral-april-2025-offer-terms-and-conditions/ and must be activated within 3 months otherwise it will expire and will not be reissued. The Reward cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged, nor the expiry date extended. The use of the Reward is subject to the Activ gift card terms and conditions available on Activ’s website at https://activgiftcard.com.au/terms-conditions/. The Reward under this Offer applies in addition to any Referral Benefits available to you under the Agreement. This Offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other Tyro offer.
