Network Connectivity Test

Important: This test must be run from the same network as your Tyro terminal and Point of Sale (POS) system.

Sydney North Data Centre

Port 80 connectivity:

 Port 80 connection.

Port 443 connectivity:

 Port 443 connection.

Port 10443 connectivity:

 Port 10443 connection.

Sydney South Data Centre

Port 80 connectivity:

 Port 80 connection.

Port 443 connectivity:

 Port 443 connection.

Port 10443 connectivity:

 Port 10443 connection.
  • A green tick indicates that there are no connectivity issues. If all ticks are green, your network is configured correctly to communicate with Tyro.
  • A cross indicates a problem with your connection to Tyro. Please click here for help or show advanced checks.
